      My favourite chemical reaction happens when we bake a cake, since I have a sweet tooth and am found of cake 🙂

      I would have to say potassium and water, it’s always fun to do.

      Probably, hydroxyl + isocyanate = urethane as polyurethanes kept me employed and interested for at least 30 years.

      Hoi bekah – I reckon it’d be the reversible binding of oxygen to the iron in the haemoglobin (a protein) that is stored in our red blood cells – without that I wouldn’t be around to type this out!
