• Question: How much banter do you have in your workplace?

      A fair bit! We’re a friendly team/group and have good laugh together over coffee or in the lab (whilst working hard of course!) 🙂

      We have a lot of fun in our lab group. Everyone has a similar sense on humor which definitely helps!

      Our office is essentially a long corridor with around 20-25 people in it, and one corner is effectively “PhD corner” – so quite a lot of banter at times. Sometimes it can be a bit too much, so you can tell when people want to get work done because they put headphones on.

      Normally we have lunch together as a group, and tackle the crossword or end up discussing something. Quite a bit of banter in the lab as well!
