Hi there – unfortunately I can’t say exactly since I did my A Levels back in Malta, so not familiar with the syllabi here. However I found inorganic chemistry to be a bit more tricky than organic or physical chemistry – mainly because of all the different reactions on offer – particularly in the case of transition metals (I can recall copper having two different reactions when reacted with nitric acid), which meant I’d have to rely on memory work to some extent – something I’m not too keen on nowadays – I prefer learning concepts which can then be built on and developed accordingly.
