I am not a vegetarian but I only eat meat that I know has come from a small farm and has been properly looked after. I don’t buy meat from supermarkets or eat any fast food. I don’t agree with industrial farming as I think it has a big negative environmental impact and that the animals welfare is secondary to production. I also believe in supporting small farms and local businesses.

Not a vegetarian on this side, although I do eat a lot of vegetables in general since they make for colourful and interesting plates + loads of nutrients – the meat really is a supplement to the veg most times, and is mainly there as a protein source. Quite keen on fish and poultry + cottage cheese and eggs, not much of a fan of red meat in general. One day I’ll probably get to the point where I can raise my own livestockbut till then I’ll stick with shop bought.

I reckon insects will be big in 10 years time, have tried convincing my fellow group members to try them, but no luck yet!
